Yoga Club DAY TRIP to Hike Table Rock! Join us for a Great Day Hike!

We'll be at Table Rock for a weekend long YogAdventure from Friday to Sunday staying in Cabins and CampSites! For details on the weekend trip please visit http://www.yogaclub.u... Day Hike Details - Meet-up with the camping group at table rock and hike for the day (we'll send our exact location to the group prior to the event! We've Picked a GREAT Weekend for Hiking During the Gorgeous Fall Season! !

When: Saturday 9/25
Cost: $20 Walk-In
Where: Table Rock, SC (~1/2 hour+ drive from Greenville)

Overview:
This will be a great hiking trip! You can carpool with friends or drive yourself! We'll help you all to coordinate car pooling closer to time if you'd like by posting a note on the message board! The schedule for the day trip is below. Generally, you'll be joining for a hike, a short yoga play class at the top of the rock and a yin yoga class at the bottom.

Table Rock - 7.2 Miles - 4.5-6 hours round trip!

What's Included in Your Fee? :

* Short Yoga Class at the Top of Table Rock
* Restorative Yoga Class After Hike Around the Fireplace!
* Enjoy the Fire Ring post Hiking! Bring a cocktail if you'd like!

What You're Responsible For:
* Make Car Pooling Arrangements & Share Cost of Gas
* Lunch & Snack Foods for Saturday afternoon! Food to cookout if you'd like to stay into the evening!
* Water Bottle for Hiking (water refills available at camp site)!
* Yoga Mat
* Bring Directions!

Saturday:
......9:00 am - Leave Greenville (to arrive in advance of 10am departure for hiking)
......10-4 pm - Arrive and Hike Table Rock
........4-5 pm - Restorative Yoga
........5-6 pm - Fireside Cocktails! BYOB!
